NOTES: These fuel strainer elements were used in WWII and post-WWII military vehicles. These use the same layered disk arrangement and function as the more popular T-12 elements. They can be modified by cutting them down in length to the size of a T-12 strainer and then used in more applications such as the MB/GPW, CCKW, DUKW, Chevrolet, etc. See photos for size comparison between the TL-12 and T-12 elements. Recent overseas reproductions of the T-12 cost more than these.
