Used Navy Aluminum Signal (Flare) Container (1ea)

Recently surplused signal storage box. Aluminum construction with a rubber gasket in the lid for keeping water and moisture out. Over-center steel latches on each side for a very positive lock on the lid. Unit also has D-rings on each side so it can be locked down to a mounting surface. Presumably U.S. Navy surplus, but I’m not sure of this. Possibly for use in life rafts. Photos are representative of condition. Being sold empty with no contents.
