COMMENTS: Very rare ordnance cross reference of reference numbers created during WWII. This was first series of 1944 that the ordnance branch created to provide units the ability to cross-reference parts for interchange. This series allows for the user to find the Ordnance stock number based on the reference or manufacturers part number (ie GPW12345 to G503-01-12345). There was an ORD 15-2 companion set created for the reverse process (ie G503-01-12345 to GPW12345)
