CONDITION: Well-used, post bound into vinyl binders. Some spines peeling. Some pages dirty. Complete set, volumes 1-24. Two per binder. Organized by OSN-REF-FSN
COMMENTS: Very rare, complete 24 volume set of cross-reference of former ordnance stock numbers. These are rarely found in complete, dated sets. This set will allow the cross reference of former Ordnance Stock Number (OSN)(ie G503-01-23456) to Mfg or reference part number (ie GPW12345) to Federal Stock Number (FSN)(ie 1234-567-8901). These were published in series, where SM 9-3-1 was the cross reference of reference numbers, SM 9-3-2 was the cross reference of federal stock numbers, SM 9-3-3 was the supply management data (which listed end-item application only) and SM 9-3-4 was the cross reference of former ordnance stock numbers. This set replaced the ORD 5-4 series, last printed in 1954.
