Pilot’s search and rescue radio RT-285A/URC-11

Receiver & Transmitter RT-285 A/URC-11. Made by the Philharmonic Radio & Tel. Corp. S/N 12267. I believe that this is a pilot’s “bail-out” or SAR (Search And Rescue) escape radio from the 1960’s? Seems to be in decent condition. The antenna telecopes up and down. This unit was stored outdoors and I haven’t opened it up to see the condition on the interior.
