Anyone know why the Ordnance Department decided to change the ink color for the cover text on this publication? I’ve seen three different colors so far, black, red, green. I don’t think I’ve seen this in other manuals published by the ordnance department. It may have something to do with the date of publication, but really not sure.
Anyone have an idea?
