NOTES: These NOS shock mounts are replacement stock from the late 1950’s-60’s. This example is stamped, “DURAL” on the metal plate portion of the mount. Molded into the rubber is “No. 3″. This could mean a 3 lb. weight rating. Plate dimensions are: 1-1/4″ SQUARE x .405″ H. Center hole diameter is .165″. Hole spacing is 1″ center to center. Outer holes measure .140″ in diameter. Rubber diameter is .975”. We do not know what the exact application is for this mount. However, it may be very close to the Pioneer compass mounts on the 1829-2-A compass. These units would have 3 rubber lord type mounts to cushion them from excessive vibration and shock. These are sold loose with no packaging.
